BROADBAND EXPANSION DISCUSSION
A public meeting to discuss expansion of broadband access in our area will be held on October 26 at 7 pm in the Borodino Grange Hall (1861 East Lake Road).
Ana Rua, Director of Outreach, Innovation & Broadband at Empire State Development will be attending virtually (by phone) to give an update and answer questions. The event is open to everyone.
Also, Spectrum has created a website where you can find out if your address is included in Spectrum's New York State broadband expansion plan service area --- in other words, if and when you can expect broadband at your home or office. You can look up your address at: http://www.bldlkup.com/index.php

To allow for the timely conduct of business, the Town Board has approved the following meeting schedule for the remainder of 2017:

The tentative budget for 2018 was reviewed and discussed. The Board will continue budget discussion at the October 12, 2017 meeting.

The engineering team is prioritizing the projects.
The Tully School District Superintendent stated the closure of Moon Hill Road does not impact the bus route.
Gov. Cuomo has requested federal funds to assist all flood affected areas in NYS.
R.J. Frost Company, LLC's proposal to demolish and remove the unsafe structure at 2170 Willowdale Road at a cost of $6,900 was accepted. It is anticipated that work will begin by October 1st.
John Hinchcliff was re-appointed to the Board of Assessment Review. His new five-year-term will expire Sept. 30, 2022.
