To allow for the timely conduct of business, the Town Board has approved the following meeting schedule for the remainder of 2017:
September 26 @ 6 pm ..... budget work session
September 28 @ 7 pm .....roads and other business as needed
October 12 @ 6 pm ..... budget work session
October 12 @ 7 pm ..... regular monthly meeting
October 26 @ 6 pm ..... budget work session (if needed)
November 9 @ 7 pm ..... regular monthly meeting & Public Hearing
for the budget
November 16 @ 7 pm ..... roads and other business as needed
December 14 @ 7 pm ..... regular monthly meeting
December 19 @ 7 pm ..... roads and other business as needed

The engineering team is prioritizing the projects.
The Tully School District Superintendent stated the closure of Moon Hill Road does not impact the bus route.
Gov. Cuomo has requested federal funds to assist all flood affected areas in NYS.
R.J. Frost Company, LLC's proposal to demolish and remove the unsafe structure at 2170 Willowdale Road at a cost of $6,900 was accepted. It is anticipated that work will begin by October 1st.
John Hinchcliff was re-appointed to the Board of Assessment Review. His new five-year-term will expire Sept. 30, 2022.
Mr. Miller reported on conversations with Army Corps of Engineers, NYS DEC and OCWA regarding developing designs for the repair work. The design work is roughly 20% completed. The next step is the geological phase.
Supervisor Kozub will seek swift action from the various agencies for processing the necessary permits; otherwise approaching winter weather may delay repairs until next spring.
The Board discussed the options for repairing each of the culverts.
A contract with Bernard P Donegan, Inc. to act as financial consultant for the Town was approved.
The Board approved a Mailbox Replacement Policy.
