NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Please take notice that the Town of Spafford Town Board will hold a Public Hearing to affirm, modify or vacate its Order of Demolition and Removal of an unsafe structure located at 2170 Willowdale Road, Tax ID No. 005-03-01.0. According to Town Assessment Rolls, the property upon which said structure sits is owned by Frank Marcheterre, Jr., 2170 Willowdale Road, Skaneateles, NY.
Based on information from the Town of Spafford Code Enforcement Officer the Town of Spafford Town Board has determined the structure meets the requirements of Section 7-19 of the Town of Spafford Zoning Code.
The hearing will be held at Spafford Town Hall, 1984 State Route 174, Skaneateles, NY 13152 commencing at 7:00 p.m., local time, on July 13, 2017. At said time and place all persons desiring to be heard will be heard.
Please take further notice, that demolition and removal of said structure must commence not less than thirty (30) days from the date of this notice and must be completed not more than sixty (60) days thereafter.

Notice is hereby given that the Town of Spafford Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 18, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Spafford Town Hall, 1984 State Route 174, Skaneateles, NY 13152 to hear the following:The applicants are seeking a ten foot rear-yard Area Variance to construct 10ft x 26ft deck.
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Spafford Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. at the Spafford Town Hall, 1984 State Route 174, Skaneateles, NY 13152 for the following:
The applicants are seeking to subdivide a 50 acre parcel to create one 3 acre lot and one 3.5 acre lot.

A Public Hearing is scheduled for July 13, 2017 at 7 p.m. to determine whether the Resolution and order to repair or remove the unsafe structure located at 2170 Willowdale Road shall be affirmed, modified or vacated.
Verizon is considering the installation of a microcell tower in Borodino to provide improved data access in a limited area.
The franchise renewal with Charter Communications is awaiting corrections to the coverage maps.
The Board will review with intent to affirm the mailbox replacement policy at their July 13th meeting.
Board members met with the Cemetery Management Service to discuss recent maintenance concerns and to clarify the specifications of the contract.
A new vendor is being sought for creating additional name ribbons for the Veterans' Honor Roll.
